How Linkup handles your data

What Linkup Does

NekoSuneVR Linkup lets you sign in with Discord and connect supported accounts so we can verify ownership, supporter status, and community perks across NekoSuneVR services.

Information We Collect

• ZITADEL account information used for login, such as your ZITADEL user ID and verified email.
• Linked account identifiers and usernames for platforms you choose to connect, such as Discord, VRChat, ChilloutVR, Resonite, Minecraft, Roblox, Steam, Xbox, FiveM, Hytale, Patreon, Ko-fi, Twitch, Kick, and blockchain/keychain accounts where enabled.
• Supporter or membership status needed to apply roles, perks, or access.
• Verification codes, OAuth results, webhook events, transaction references, timestamps, and similar records needed to run the linking process.
• Basic technical data created by normal site use, including session cookies, request logs, IP address, browser data, and security events.

How We Use Information

• To sign you in and keep your session active.
• To link, update, or unlink external accounts you choose to connect.
• To verify supporter status and sync roles, ranks, perks, cosmetics, or access.
• To prevent abuse, investigate errors, secure the service, and keep audit records.
• To respond to support requests and maintain community services.

Cookies and Sessions

Linkup uses session cookies to keep you signed in and protect account-linking flows. We do not need your external platform passwords, and you should never share passwords, 2FA codes, recovery codes, or security codes with Linkup.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate Linkup, including with connected platform APIs, Discord or game servers used for perk syncing, hosting/database providers, and legal or safety processes when required. Third-party platforms handle their own services under their own policies.

Retention

We keep linked account records while your Linkup account is active or while needed for support, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or service operation. Unlinking removes the active link from Linkup, but backups, logs, provider-side records, and webhook/payment history may remain for a limited period.

Your Choices

• You can unlink connected accounts from the Linkup dashboard where available.
• You can revoke OAuth access from the external platform's own account settings.
• You can ask us to review, correct, or delete Linkup data associated with you, subject to records we need to keep for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Children and Younger Users

Linkup is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age required to manage your own online accounts in your region, use Linkup only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the size and purpose of the service. No online service is perfectly secure, so keep your Discord and connected platform accounts protected.

Changes

We may update this policy when Linkup changes, when new integrations are added, or when operational/legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows when the wording last changed.
