Terms for using Linkup

Last updated: 2 May 2026

These terms are a plain-language draft for NekoSuneVR Linkup. They are not legal advice.

1. Using Linkup

NekoSuneVR Linkup is an account-linking service for NekoSuneVR communities, supporter checks, game servers, and related perks. By using Linkup, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the third-party platforms you connect.

2. Your Accounts

3. Age and Permission

Linkup is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age required to manage online accounts in your region, you may use Linkup only with permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Supporter Perks and Access

Linkup may verify supporter, membership, subscription, boost, payment, or server status to apply perks. Perks can change, pause, expire, or be removed if support ends, platform data is unavailable, a payment is reversed, or community rules are broken.

5. Payments and Third-Party Platforms

Payments, subscriptions, memberships, refunds, chargebacks, OAuth permissions, and platform accounts are handled by the relevant third-party service, such as Discord, Patreon, Ko-fi, Twitch, Kick, Roblox, Steam, Xbox, VRChat, Minecraft services, blockchain/keychain providers, or other integrations. Their terms and policies apply separately.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Unlinking and Account Changes

You can unlink supported accounts from the dashboard where available. We may also remove links, pause syncing, or restrict access when needed for security, abuse prevention, platform changes, or community moderation.

8. Availability

Linkup is provided as a community service and may be unavailable, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued. Third-party API outages or platform policy changes can affect linking and perk syncing.

9. No Warranty

Linkup is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continued access to any specific perk or integration.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NekoSuneVR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of perks, platform account actions, third-party outages, or data controlled by third-party services.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as Linkup changes. The updated date on this page shows when the wording last changed. Continuing to use Linkup after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the NekoSuneVR team through the official NekoSuneVR Discord or the contact options on the NekoSuneVR website.
